Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces dried beef
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent® flavor enhancer

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Roll mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve with your favorite crackers.

NOTE: To spice up your Halloween party, use fresh alfalfa sprouts, sliced black olives, a strip of roasted red pepper, and slivered almonds to transform this innocent snack into a fiendishly tasty ghoul.
