• 4 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 jar Hormel or Armour dried beef
• 2 packages of Budding corned beef
• 1 jar of pickles, preferably Milwaukee Baby Dills
• Crackers for serving

1. Chop dried beef, corned beef, and pickles into small pieces. Add to a large bowl, along with remaining ingredients. Mix by hand or use a large mixer to stir until thoroughly combined.
2. Serve with your favorite crackers.

Pickle dip is a company favorite at KCC and always makes an appearance at the annual holiday luncheon.
