Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Add cooked spinach and the rest of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving. 
  4. Serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables for dipping.
