Creamy Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
- 1 family-size package boneless pork chops
- 1 pouch onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 empty soup can’s worth of dry white wine (can substitute water or milk or any combination of the three)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) carton button mushrooms, washed and quartered
- Cooked egg noodles, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a crockpot, stir together the soup, soup mix, and wine. Top with pork chops.
- Sprinkle pork chops with the salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Top with mushrooms.
- Cover and cook 8 hours on LOW, or 4 hours on HIGH 4, or until pork chops are fork-tender.
- Serve over warm egg noodles.
