Creamy Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 family-size package boneless pork chops
  • 1 pouch onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 empty soup can’s worth of dry white wine (can substitute water or milk or any combination of the three)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton button mushrooms, washed and quartered
  • Cooked egg noodles, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a crockpot, stir together the soup, soup mix, and wine. Top with pork chops.
  2. Sprinkle pork chops with the salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Top with mushrooms.
  3. Cover and cook 8 hours on LOW, or 4 hours on HIGH 4, or until pork chops are fork-tender.
  4. Serve over warm egg noodles.
