Kielbasa & Sauerkraut Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (12-inch) ready-to-serve pizza crust 
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 pound fully cooked kielbasa sausage, diced
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard and mayonnaise.
  3. Place pizza crust on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with Dijon-mayonnaise mixture. Top with sauerkraut, sausage, onions, and cheese.
  4. Bake about 10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, and cheese is melted.
