Sesame Gingered Carrots

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound carrots, washed, peeled, and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- Furikake
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together carrots, sesame oil, ginger paste, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat. When hot, add carrots, cook, stirring frequently, 3 to 4 minutes for crunchier carrots, or 5 to 7 minutes for softer carrots.
- Remove from heat and top with furikake.
- Serve immediately.
