Shrimp Macaroni Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 3 (6-ounce) cans tiny shrimp, drained and washed
  • 1 (5.75-ounce) jar sliced green olives, drained
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni, cook according to package directions, or until noodles reach desired doneness. Drain. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, green onions, shrimp, and olives. Add mayonnaise, adjusting the amount, as desired. Season with salt, to taste.
